The application fee of $15, non-negotiable {nonrefundable}, will be added to every contract.
All fees are non-negotiable.
RETAINER FEES must be paid, IN-FULL, prior to the start of any work done by me. I ONLY accept PAYPAL for ALL
payments. Once the contract has been submitted, SIGNED, AND MAILED BACK, the RETAINER FEE will be charged to your
credit card or bank account. Any attempt to fraudulently state any fees, which were charged to your credit card or bank
account, as unauthorized, also know as charge-backs, will result in legal action.

Ghostwriting Agreements will be sent via email, once your payment has been submitted and has cleared.

When work is submitted for review, no matter which plan is contracted, all "per chapter" fees will be charged the day of
submission.

Please remember, these PAYMENT SCHEDULES are solely at MY discretion.

CONSULTANT

This plan is consulting with the client, via emails, as You,
YOURSELF, write your book project. This plan has a retainer
fee of $199.95, plus a $15 Application Fee {nonrefundable},
and $5 per page that's submitted for my review.

CO-WRITER

This level is exactly what it states. I co-write the book project
with the client. It also includes the previous level. This plan has
a retainer fee of $299.95, plus a $15 Application Fee
{nonrefundable} and $15 per chapter I write.

COMPLETE
GHOSTWRITING

This level is where i write the entire novel for the client's book
project with client providing all material for said book project.
This plan has a retainer fee of $495.95, plus a $15 Application
Fee {nonrefundable}, and $30 per chapter.

Payment Schedule #1

Weekly Plan:
This Schedule will be setup on the
Client's chosen day and will remain so
on the same day every week.

Payment Schedule #2

Bi-Weekly Plan:
This Schedule will be setup on the
chosen day of the client every two
weeks, and on the same day.

Payment Schedule #3

Monthly Plan:
This Schedule will be setup on the
same day, each month, as per the
client's request.
